It's Going To Be Contagious.

To my friends, family, and followers:

For the last six months, I have been preparing for a promotional process at the police department I have served for 24 years. I have pushed, studied, focused, and prepped. The process has been daunting, exhausting, and to be honest, mentally draining. Now that the process appears to be over, it doesn’t seem that it will end in my favor. But I’m OK with that.

As I move Prepare To Act forward, my focus will be to create stronger, more confident, and more motivated people. To do this, we must focus on our mental and physical health. We must begin to focus on ourselves and define the edges of our true passions.

I will begin to experiment with and review products that I believe will make me stronger, healthier, and more enlightened. This can provide you with some viable options that may work to get you in a forward-moving direction.

I will continue to read books that will make me a stronger leader and a better person, books that deepen my empathy and prepare me to better serve you. These books will be posted here on Prepare To Act.

I will continue my education toward my bachelor’s degree in psychology, which I am pursuing to better understand the human mind, behavior, and crime.

I will motivate myself to become healthier, stronger, and more focused on personal growth. This will help you to believe in me, my message, my motivations, and my drive to make you better, healthier, and safer.

I’m asking you to simply follow, interact, and support the mission of Prepare To Act, to get my messages out to the people you think need them the most.

Let’s get this shit started together.

Let’s commit to getting stronger together.

Safer and more aware together.

I will not fail those who need the help that I can offer.

Believe in yourself…that’s where it starts.
